Pricing Information

All of our project are made to order, therefore lead times may vary. We do our best to stay within the timelines we give you. If the timeline changes, we will let you know as soon as we can of these changes. 

• A minimum of 50% deposit is required at the start of the project, the remaining balance will be paid upon completion of the project. The deposit covers the cost of materials. 
• For large projects including complete kitchen remodels, we require a 50% deposit, followed by a 25% payment midway through the project, and the remaining 25% will be paid upon completion of the project.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• We always strive to bring your vision to reality! With that being said, there are times where interpretation and understanding may vary. However, we will continue to revisit the drawing board to ensure you are getting exactly what you envision for your space.  

• We offer free delivery to the Lubbock area
• If you are outside the Lubbock area, there will be a fee for mileage
• If you wish to install pieces yourself, we will ask that you sign a waiver of liability 
• Demolition and disposal of materials is also a service that is offered at an additional cost.

**We include delivery/install in your quote, so there are no surprise fees**

• Sometimes mistakes are made. We will do our best to rectify the situation and fix the mistake free of charge.
• If a piece breaks, cracks, or has a defect - we will fix the piece free of charge
• If a piece is broken by being dropped, dragged, or otherwise handled in a way that it is not intended to be handled, there will be a repair fee. Price depends on the severity of the repairs needed.
